For Japanese specifically, I'm using Renshuu (free) and Wanikani for kanji ($9/mo) and loving both of them.

Man... even being as generous as possible, it's still an incredibly stupid point. "Renewable" doesn't mean "infinite". If something can only be renewed a finite number of times, or even once, then it's still renewable.
The difference is that workers have to get up at 5am to keep their housing, food, healthcare, etc. Billionaires get up whenever they want, and some might want to get up at 5am.
