So I was watching a bit of a discussion about the situation in Argentina and if their ancap president has been successful? Mostly it was libertarians calling it a victory because it makes them look good politically. It is also a style of doing things that is making its way into the US, as DOGE was inspired by the Argentine Admin.

While there are something that do seem to imply an economic recovery they did just get a huge bailout (not sure why a recovery that is doing so well needs one) as well as food insecurity, along with pensioners protesting.

Aside from this specific case that will be very polarizing; how do you try to discern in real time what is misleading?

I work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. My to-do list today is Yard work, cooking for the week. cleaning, washing clothes, and small jobs, it can do.

I have a 800+ streak, so my icon used to always be orange. It didn't even change when it "got sick" for everyone last year. Now they seem to have removed that feature and it "gets angry" if it's past 22.00 and I haven't done an exercise yet. Which is what I very often do.

There's been quite a bit of...unsettlement (totally a word) regarding the news that Discord has a new CEO and the company is going public (typically a sign of things going shittier than before).

I'd just like to re-post this which I shared some time ago, if you'll indulge me in my rare post which isn't a Steam Deck / Gaming News # post - a rarity for me.
